Registration fee includes the participation in all scientific activities, transport to the experimental sites of WG1 and WG2, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome and farewell dinner and meeting kit: badge, notebook, pen, local information, etc.
Registration fee does NOT include travel costs to/from Třeboň, local travel costs (except those mentioned above), accommodation, travel insurance for bussiness trip. The registration fee does NOT include bank transfer fees (bank transfer details - OUR).
Once you register, a prepayment invoice will be sent by e-mail together with details for the bank transfer.
Please, send us a copy (scan) of your bank transfer by e-mail. On receipt we will check it against the payment andt he registration will becompleted follwed by a confirmation sent to you.
The invoice will be part of registration material in Třeboň.
Payment can be made by bank transfer only.
All payments are in EURO. The bank account details will be listed in your registration confirmation email and are also given here. You may also contact email@example.com for details.
For any bank transfer, please be aware of bank service charges. All bank charges for remittances are to be borne by the participant (transfer charges - OUR). Failure to pay this fee will result in an incomplete registration and will be charged upon registration at the registration desk.
It is very important to indicate your ID (generated during registration), your name and your institution in the text field of the bank transfer form. The „Reason for transfer „ reference should contain „GAP2017“.
If after registering you are unable to attend the Meeting you may transfer your registration to another person. If you are unable to transfer your registration to another person, you may request a refund of your conference registration fee. You need to send a written request to firstname.lastname@example.org. The amount you are refunded will depend upon the date that we receive your request.
If you cancel your registration and submit your request for a refund earlier than 1 July 2017, you will be refunded 100% minus a cancellation fee of € 30.
If you cancel your registration and submit your request for a refund after 1 July 2017, you will be refunded 50% of your registration fees minus a cancellation fee of € 30.
No refund will be available after 1 August 2017.
No exception will be made to the cancellation/refund policy for registrants unable to obtain a travel visa. Obtaining a travel visa is the responsibility of the registrant. We will assist by providing a letter of confirmation but we are not an authority on visa issues, nor can we help with expediting the visa process.
No exception will be made to the cancellation/refund policy for registrants due to travel related issues, natural disasters, or other unexpected events.
Excursions will take place on 27th August for those who have registered to attend. Please choose one of our day excursion here.
The Excursion cost includes transportation, lunch, tickets, guides (steerer if rafting).
Your registration will be acknowledged via an auto-responded e-mail once you have completed registration online.
